All Dogs owned in the Town of Huntington must be registered with the Town Clerk before April 1 of each year pursuant to Title 20 Vermont Statutes Annotated, Section 3581 et. seq. Dog Licenses are available at the Town Clerk's Office. In order to register your dog, you must have a copy of the current Rabies Certificate.

Before April 1
Neutered or Spayed Dog - $10
Un-neutered or Un-Spayed Dog - $15
After April 1
Neutered or Spayed Dog - $13
Un-neutered or Un-Spayed Dog $21
There are no licensing requirements for cats or other animals at this time.
