This form is to be submitted to the Town Clerk's Office no later than 5 pm the day before the election in order to pick up an absent voter ballot.

 Ballot must be received at the polls on Election Day before the polls close at 7 pm. On Election Day, the Town Clerk will check with the Huntington Postmaster to be sure that no ballots arrived at the Post Office before it closes at 4:15 pm.

 Ballots received after the polls close will not be counted. per federal law.
